I hope you all enjoyed a blessed Christmas and New Year!

It is my joy to announce that we have a new Prayer/Action Chapter in the north Raleigh area. The chapter will hold its first meeting on Thursday, January 30, at 4:00 p.m. Our wonderful new leader, Olivia Bass, welcomes all who share hearts of both prayer and action for preserving our religious freedoms, strengthening our families, protecting the unborn, and upholding our Judeo-Christian values we hold so dear.

Concerned Women for America (CWA)’s nondenominational chapter meetings serve to encourage informed prayer and action on behalf of our city, state, and nation. We do this by educating Christians on issues that affect our Biblically-based values. We believe that joining in prayer and action with other believers will bring about the change in our culture we long to see. More importantly, we will be obeying the instruction given in God’s Word. Ephesians 6:18 directs us to, “Pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.”
