CWA Sends Letter to President Trump – Pro-life Legislation

Washington D.C. – On Wednesday, January 16, Concerned Women for America sent a letter to President Donald Trump urging him to continue his administration’s pro-life legacy. Read the letter here.

Penny Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America, issued the following statement in response:

“Concerned Women for America has been honored to work closely with President Trump’s administration on many issues, principal among them being support for life at all stages. President Trump is building a legacy as the most pro-life president to date.

“CWA understands the unique challenges and threats to the pro-life movement that a divided Congress presents. As the president of Concerned Women for America, I am also honored to represent half-a-million women across this nation who will continue to stand behind President Trump on this issue.

“Today, as hundreds of thousands of Americans gather on the National Mall to March for Life, we ask President Trump to hold fast in his leadership and veto any legislation that weakens existing pro-life policy or current protections, moving us backwards on life.”
