CWA of North Dakota steering committee and members sat down with Rep. Kevin Cramer (R-At-large District) in Cavalier yesterday. They voiced their request that Rep. Cramer work to bring the Pain Capable Act to the House floor again. He told them he would do his best to try to get the bill back up for a vote. He voiced support for our desire to provide needed support for Israel. Rep. Cramer discussed upcoming legislation that would provide alternative choices for schools from the mandatory requirements of Common Core and Smarter Balanced Assessments. We felt it was a productive meeting and hope to have more in the future with him as well as other legislators.
