Yes, you still have time to register for California’s Lobby Day, March 10 & 11, to be held in Sacramento. Please call 559-789-6287 or e-mail us at cwaca@ymail.com today to register. Late registrations are welcome, yet pre-registration is a tremendous help to us as we prepare materials.
You won’t want to miss this awesome opportunity to receive training and encouragement as you learn how to let your voice be heard. If you have never lobbied before, this is the perfect event for you. We have experienced team leaders to walk you through this very important time of training and lobbying. Whether you are experienced or a beginner, this will be a life-changing event.
We have decided on what we will be lobbying: We will be lobbying in support of AB 20. AB 20 will impose a fine of $2,000 in addition to other penalties, such as imprisonment, for those persons convicted of crimes involving the production, use, distribution or possession of child pornography involving a government-owned computer. For more information read a letter I just sent to The Honorable Tom Ammiano, Chairman of the Assembly Public Safety Committee. AB 20 will be heard in this committee on March 12.
Society must protect innocent children from harm. Pornography generally objectifies those it portrays and has become increasingly violent and degrading. It has tremendous potential for addiction and wreaks havoc in marriages and relationships.
Will you stand with us against this atrocity? Now more than ever it’s time to let your voice be heard in the great state of California! You are needed!
This is a free conference, and, again, registration is much appreciated to help us prepare.

We look forward to meeting you there!
