On March 22, at 1:00 p.m., in Room 438 of the Capitol, the Judiciary Committee will hear a bill to prohibit giving prescription drugs to a minor without parental consent.
L.D. 31, sponsored by Rep. Rich Cebra (R-Naples), is “An Act To Protect the Safety of Maine Children by Requiring the Express Consent of a Legal Guardian To Dispense Prescription Medication to a Minor.”
