Young Women for America chapters across the country have had quite a week – let’s recap.
- YWA National Director, Kelsey Good, met with current YWA leaders at Liberty University and Clemson University, and with prospective YWA leaders at Virginia Tech and James Madison University.
- Several Pensacola Christian YWA leaders ran a half marathon together to benefit an anti-trafficking safe house. Afterward, they met and discussed the U.S. Constitution and the Founding Fathers.
- YWA at Liberty University discussed our new “The Truth about Socialism” lesson with Chick-Fil-A and sweet tea.
- Clemson University’s YWA chapter hosted a “Caffeinated Conversations” while Texas A&M’s chapter hosted a “Pumpkins and Politics” meeting!
- YWA at Sam Houston State had a promotional table at three events over the past week which ranged from selling cinnamon rolls and passing out YWA cards, to Nerf gun target practice.
- YWA at Louisiana State University chapter volunteered at a church’s shelter and made a meal for 50 people.
- Oh, and, YWA ladies voted! What a week.
