Concerned Women for America (CWA) of California State Director Marlo Tucker and Young Women for America (YWA) Inland Empire President Tori Hitchcock sent this letter to the President of California State University, Fresno, Dr. Saúl Jiménez-Sandoval, demanding answers as to why the university is seemingly supporting the flaunting of Title IX requirements by knowingly allowing its female volleyball players to face the increased risk of serious injury while competing against a male athlete in a female regulated environment.
