YWA Leadership Training is an opportunity for like-minded young women (high school, college, and young professionals) across the country to build friendships and community while diving deep into the cultural issues facing our nation today, learning valuable leadership principles, and growing deeper in faith.

This is not just another conference! This is a hands-on training with opportunities to deepen your knowledge of social conservative issues. We provide tangible ways to get involved in the fight for preserving the Biblical principles on which this nation was founded, and attendees walk away inspired to implement real change and take action. We hope you join us!

Testimonials from the 2022 Washington, D.C. Leadership Conference

“This was hands down the best training I’ve ever been to. I appreciated the hands-on elements a ton. I am starting a YWA chapter this semester, and now I feel so much more equipped. Getting a more well-rounded education on our seven core issues as well as connecting with other chapter presidents was invaluable to me.”

– Faith Ozenbaugh, YWA Chapter President

“I loved receiving the YWA books on sexual exploitation and religious freedom. The speakers were also exceptional in speaking on YWA topics, and they presented new ways to advocate. Being around the other girls who share the same values was so inspiring. If they can live it out on their campus, I can too!”

– Celia Hadjin, YWA Ambassador

“Each speaker offered practical wisdom and addressed a relevant concern. I absolutely loved my time with the CWA members and value CWA’s Titus 2 model. I truly left enriched with Truth and emboldened with the call to engage the culture for Christ.”

– Britton Miller, YWA Chapter President
