Tuesday, March 25, the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood religious liberty cases challenging the Obama Administration’s “contraceptive” mandate, and Concerned Women for America (CWA) will be there to show our support for religious liberty.
Join us to pray and rally for religious freedom in front of the Supreme Court at 1 First St, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20543 (click here for map) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on March 25, 2014.
CWA has already submitted a brief to the Supreme Court in support of Hobby Lobby, Conestoga Wood, and religious freedom, but we know there is still much work to be done. We need you to come out and stand by the Green (owners of Hobby Lobby) and Hahn (owners of Conestoga Wood) families as they go before the Court to protect their right to conduct their family business according to their religious beliefs and free from government coercion.
This case is not about “access to contraception,” as the other side puts it. These families only object to abortion-inducing drugs (only 4 out of the 16 methods mandated), and the government has conceded that these four methods may indeed prevent the implantation of a fertilized egg. This is a clear problem for those who believe that life begins at conception.
So come out and join us to pray and tell the government to stop violating our religious liberties:
