Pennsylvanians spoke—and we were heard!
Remember those calls to action that asked you to submit public comments on the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s proposed regulations—including concerns about government authority, family privacy, and language referring to mothers as “birthing individuals.”
You responded. You prayed. You took action. And the proposed regulations have now been withdrawn!
Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit a public comment and make your voice heard. This is what prayer and action look like!
And here’s another significant development in Pennsylvania: UPMC (formerly known as the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) has agreed to stop providing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures for gender transition to minors as part of an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). UPMC will also pay $950,000 to resolve federal allegations involving potential violations of federal law, including claims related to billing and diagnosis coding. The DOJ emphasized that it did not adjudicate the allegations, and UPMC denied them. The agreement comes as the federal investigation into pediatric gender-transition practices continues nationwide.
Your participation matters. These developments are reminders that we cannot afford to sit on the sidelines. When policies affect our families, our children, our communities, and our freedoms, we need women who will pray, pay attention, know the issues, and advocate.

Let’s mark this moment by giving Him thanks.
Heavenly Father, we are grateful for this answer. We know it is not because of our strength or our efforts, but because You are a faithful God who hears when we call. Thank You for every person who prayed and every person who took action. Let this encourage our hearts to keep praying, keep trusting, and keep believing in You. We give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
