WASHINGTON, DC – Concerned Women for America (CWA) commended President Trump for giving an incredible gift to mothers around the nation by launching moms.gov. Concerned Women for America has been championing this kind of federal-level resource since 2022.

This groundbreaking website serves as a clearinghouse of resources for mothers facing difficult or unexpected pregnancies. By entering a zip code on the moms.gov portal, a woman can easily access critical resources she may need through the vast network of pregnancy resource centers and federally qualified health centers available in her area. Now, ultrasounds, nutrition counseling, childbirth classes, medical referrals, maternity housing, adoption, and mentoring are just a few clicks away.

“Moms.gov is a critical support for expectant mothers, especially those who are facing unplanned pregnancies. We know pregnancy can be challenging, and mothers-to-be deserve access to resources, which Moms.gov provides. It’s important that expectant mothers know they are not alone. We are grateful to the Trump Administration for acting upon our recommendation for this vital online resource,” said Penny Nance, CEO and President, Concerned Women for America.

“Already, thanks to the work of CWA grassroots leaders, three states – North Dakota, South Dakota, and Florida – have implemented their own version of this website. We are thrilled that women nationwide can now access the resources they need to navigate motherhood,” Nance said.
