Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services responded.

As you recall, earlier this week, I sent an alert asking you to speak out on the attempted power grab by Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS). We just got word, the Department of Community DHSS has withdrawn the emergency amendment that was put in place, and will withdraw the 19 CSR 20-20.050 at the end of the public comment period! Thanks be to God!
