On Thursday, November 13, the Michigan State Board of Education voted 6-2 to adopt the disturbing “updated” Health Standards.
These new standards will influence curriculum in public school Health and Sex Education classes with a distorted focus on sex and gender.
THANK YOU to our incredible community! Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Michigan is thrilled to share that nearly 100 dedicated individuals – moms, dads, grandparents, citizens, school officials, clergy, and legislators – stood together to give public comments. Formal petitions opposing the “updated” standards were submitted, several garnering over 1,000 signatures. Your voices matter!
Take Action:
- Review the “updated” Health Standards and educate yourself on their content.
- Contact the State Board of Education members to voice your opposition. Make sure to let them know you are being updated by CWA of Michigan.
