In 2012, Planned Parenthood received a record-high $542 million in taxpayer funding to perform an abortion every 94 seconds. Thankfully, two new bills titled the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act, sponsored by Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn (R-Tennessee) and Congresswoman Diane Black (R-Tennessee), seek to stop federal dollars from going into the hands of big abortion business.
