I am full of hope, joy, and renewed boldness for God’s plan. Recently, I had the privilege of having Tierna D’Arcy and Hannah Faulkner, both Young Women for America (YWA) Fellows, shadow me while training one of our new Prayer/Action Chapter Leaders in Tennessee, Tammy Young.
Tammy is the owner of the Tennessee International Dude & Guest Ranch in Dunlap, Tennessee, and has such a heart for sharing Jesus – especially with young people. She also loves our farmlands and is a strong advocate for preserving the beautiful countryside with which God has blessed us.
Together, Tierna, Hannah, Tammy, and I had an incredible discussion about CWA’s beginnings, our mission today, and our steadfast support for Israel. The young women also enjoyed a tour of the ranch and hearing Tammy’s vision for ministry and outreach.
It truly felt like an Esther moment, as found in Esther 4:14:
“And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” – Esther 4:14
God knows. He has a magnificent plan that is good and for the advancement of His kingdom.
What a blessing it is to welcome a leader like Tammy to CWA of Tennessee. She brings such boldness, joy, and passion for the Lord. We are already dreaming about hosting a future CWA and YWA of Tennessee retreat at the ranch.
After leaving the ranch, Tierna, Hannah, and I stopped for a late lunch where our conversations continued, focusing on our support for life and the importance of investing in the next generation. God’s plan is for now and for the future, and these sweet young women are here, in this time and place, for such a time as this.

Join me in prayer, Lord, thank You for raising up faithful women of every generation to boldly stand for truth. Strengthen Tammy as she begins her leadership journey with CWA of Tennessee and continue to guide Tierna and Hannah as they seek Your calling on their lives. May we all be willing to step forward in faith for such a time as this. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
