This week, the Mountain Brook, Alabama, Prayer/Action Chapter hosted a statewide webinar on Israel. Our guest speakers included Concerned Women for America (CWA) Legislative Strategists Valerie Bynog and Maggie McNeely. Topics included the recent confirmation of the new U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Jack Lew, the impact the new Speaker of the House will have on U.S. support for Israel, and an encouraging conversation on the incredible honor CWA has had to help a coalition of American-Israeli families meet with over twenty Members of Congress and Majority Leader Steve Scalise to share their stories of their family members who are current hostages of Hamas.
