Heavenly Father,
We come before You full of gratitude 
For all the wonderful blessings
You give us.

We know that every good and perfect gift is from You.
We praise You for the freedom You give us
Not just in this nation, but wherever we are,
For all eternity, through your son Jesus Christ.

It is so evident that Your hand of protection
Has been over our country, and we ask
That You remind us of Your faithful work in this nation.
Help us to be grateful in all things.

Lord, our brokenness helps us remember
This world is not our home.
When the troubles of this life seem to surround us,
Grant us the wisdom to cast them on You.

Help us to turn our eyes upon You,
Our Helper and Redeemer.
Only You give peace that surpasses all understanding
And a hope beyond this world.

As we go throughout each day,
Help us to be examples of Christ’s love.
May we walk in humble confidence of who we are in You
Sharing the great gift of salvation through Christ.

You are our strength and shield;
Thank You for the gifts of another day.
Help us to use it for Your glory.
