The midterm elections will strongly shape the policies passed over the next two years.
That is why Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Florida is actively promoting the She Prays She Votes campaign, encouraging Christians to pray faithfully, stay informed, and make their voices heard at the ballot box.
But seek the welfare of the city… pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare. (Jeremiah 29:7)
Did you know that only one half of the faith community is registered to vote? And did you know that only one half of these registered actually vote? Therefore, only 25% of people of faith vote!
How can we make a difference?
SEEK – Be Informed!
Proactively engage to improve the welfare of the city and your family. Understand the issues and know where the candidates stand.
CWA has launched a new online resource, ChristianVotes.org, to equip you with information about the issues, the candidates, and more!
This easy-to-use resource helps Christians to make informed decisions that reflect their Biblical values. WE’VE done the homework -YOU get the answers, all in one place! Be sure to share with friends, family, and neighbors today!
PRAY – The ministry of prayer is the highest calling a Christian can have! (Fern Nichols MIP)
The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. (James 5:16)
Oh God, You are El Elyon, the King of kings and Lord of lords! We ask You to look down on our beloved country and have mercy on us. We beseech You to intervene in these midterm elections and bring about results that benefit those who love You, so we can continue to preach Your Word and worship You in freedom. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Your voice matters. Your vote matters. YOU can make a difference!
