It seems like a no-brainer. The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA) would prohibit sex-selection or race-based abortions. Given that abortion centers are disproportionately placed in minority communities and the history of discrimination with organizations like Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the country, this bill should be a priority for our lawmakers.
