Washington D.C. – Today was the conclusion of Professor Rao’s testimony in her confirmation hearing for appointment to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee fully supports Neomi Rao’s nomination and calls on Senate liberals to stop the religious litmus tests, gridlock and bullying tactics and confirm her, she will make an outstanding addition to the federal bench.”
