This Friday, April 19, 2013 is the National Day of Silence in public schools across the country and is sponsored by the homosexuality-affirming advocacy group, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN). Laurie Higgins, Cultural Analyst with the Illinois Family Institute, joins CWA’s Chelsen Vicari to discuss why this event is partisan abuse of public resources and what parents can do to combat this event in their children’s middle and high schools.
