CWA’s Guide to Health Care Oral Arguments at the Supreme Court

Everyone is talking about it. Oral arguments on the Affordable Care Act, popularly known as “ObamaCare,” are set to begin on Monday, March 26, at 10:00 a.m. The Court will hear arguments for six hours total, on four different questions, over a three-day period.
