CWALAC Joins Reps. Chip Roy, Andy Biggs, and Pro-Life Advocates in Demanding #JusticefortheFive

Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, February 14, Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) will join with Judiciary Subcommittee Chairman Chip Roy (R-TX), Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Rep. Bob Good (R-VA), Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX), the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU), and Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and others in demanding justice for five children who were illegally aborted in the District of Columbia. Recent reports indicate the U.S. Department of Justice instructed the Washington D.C. Medical Examiner to dispose of the bodies of the five when the incident should be under federal investigation.

It has been nearly two years since the initial discovery of these bodies by PAAU activists and the Department of Justice appears to be actively covering up the likely federal crimes committed against The Five, including possible violations of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act and the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. The press conference will ask for Congress to intervene.

Details of the press conference are as follows:

Who:

  • Rep. Chip Roy, Rep. Andy Biggs, Rep. Bob Good, and other Members
  • Penny Nance, Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee
  • Terrisa Bukovinac, Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising

What: #JusticefortheFive Press Conference

When: Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 10:15 a.m.

Where: House Triangle, U.S. Capitol Building

“Partial-birth abortion is illegal in the District of Columbia. Yet the DOJ refuses to perform autopsies for these poor babies, and now seek to destroy the evidence to prevent anyone else from obtaining the evidence. Instead of going after those who potentially violated the law in killing these children, DOJ is going after the pro-life activists who exposed it.” – Penny Nance
