4:00 p.m. Check-in at St. Regis hotel begins.
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Small group dinners with staff and supporters.

Thursday, September 14
Morning
7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Breakfast and Legislative Briefing with all CWA Summit attendees.

Afternoon
12:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Lobbying legislative offices/free time

Evening
5:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. Dinner and programming with CWA partners, CEO and President Penny Nance, and staff.
7:45 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. After hours Capitol tour with Congressman Robert Aderholt’s (R-Alabama) office.

Friday, September 15
Morning
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Breakfast, worship, and programming.

Afternoon
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Lunch with YWA leaders and YWA Panel.
1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Programming, Supporter’s Update.
4:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. Free time.

Evening
5:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Dinner with all attendees, keynote speaker(s) and programming, worship.

Saturday, September
Please stay through Saturday! YWA’s final day of training will be on Saturday, and you are welcome to join them for morning worship and any programming.
