Washington, D.C. – Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC), the nation’s largest public policy women’s organization, celebrates the historic final passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill by the U.S. House of Representatives. This landmark legislation marks a monumental victory for the American people, defunding Big Abortion providers, like Planned Parenthood, for the first time in history, and halting forced taxpayer funding of the abortion industry for a year. The bill also delivers unprecedented tax relief, fortifies border security, dramatically increases funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), unleashes American energy independence, substantially boosts national security, and champions the values of life and family with increases to policies like the Child Tax Credit.
