Come to the Northern Virginia IS Pro-Life Rally on October 23 from 2-4pm!

Join us this Saturday to show we stand together in support of life!

The NOVA (Northern Virginia) Project is bringing together pro-life leaders and citizens in a united voice for the unborn on October 23 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Government Center Ellipse in Fairfax, Virginia.

Both of us — Penny and Wendy — will be there. And we’d love to meet our pro-life neighbors.

The Northern Virginia IS Pro-Life (NVIP) Rally will bring together Virginia’s pro-life leaders and volunteers, strengthen our bonds and unity, and encourage our representatives in government to end abortion in our state, which steals the lives of 30,000 Virginians every year.

Speakers include:

Penny Nance, CEO of Concerned Women for America

Wendy Wright, President of Concerned Women for America

Elizabeth Farah, Co-founder & Chief Marketing OfficerWorldnetdaily.com

Erik Whittington, Rock for Life

Dean Nelson, Director for the Network of Politically Active Christians

Peter Shinn, President of Pro-Life Unity

Pastor Joseph Ellison, Vice President of Virginia Christian Alliance

Olivia Gans, President Virginia Society for Human Life

Kristan Hawkins, Executive Director of Students for Life

Andrea Pearson, Silent No More

We will proclaim that support for life is strong and growing in an area long assumed to be indifferent, if not hostile, to the sanctity of life. Recently, Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (R) issued a legal opinion which gives the state Board of Health the ability to write new regulations requiring abortion facilities to be subject to the same health standards as hospitals. Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell (R) has made his commitment to life clear, and he stands with us.

As we go into election day this November, let us stand up and be counted for life, encouraging more of our elected leaders to join us — and for pastors and churches to be “Silent No More” in the defense of innocent life.

Please join us to show your opposition to abortion-on-demand — and meet the pro-life groups and individuals in our area.
