Capitol Hill Brief — Inauguration Day

By January 20, 2017Blog, Capitol Hill Brief

It’s Inauguration Day!  The streets are closed, and the stage is set here in the nation’s capital in preparation for the festivities.

We are excited to hear President-elect Trump take the solemn oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…”

It is both a great honor and an incredible duty.

I will be there to witness this historic event, representing you.  That is a great honor for me!  Concerned Women for America is an organization that represents the often-ignored voice of passionate, Christian, conservative women from around the country and when I shake the hand of the incoming Administration’s leadership team today, they’ll know that. And they will listen.

Our nation enters a new era with the inauguration of President Trump. Join CWA to speak up for family, faith, and freedom — especially during his first days in office.
