UPDATE: Protect Kansas Children From Medical Mutilation

By March 3, 2024Kansas

UPDATE ON HB 2791.

Last week, I emailed (see below) you concerning HB 2791, a good bill that would prohibit certain medical and surgical interventions on minor children and will prohibit the radical “treatment” for gender dysphoria, which involves puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgeries like double mastectomies and genital removal or reconstruction to “become” the opposite sex. I submitted testimony to the House Health and Welfare Committee members on behalf of your voice for this important bill. You can read my testimony here.

Thank you for taking action and praying concerning this important bill. The committee took no action. Concerned Women for America of Kansas remains steadfast to protect Kansas children from the insidiousness of the medical mutilation of  our children. I will keep you posted on any updates on the bill.

ACTION ALERT:

Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Kansas is grateful for HB 2791, sponsored by Rep. Ron Bryce (R-District 11). The bill will prohibit certain medical and surgical interventions on minor children and will prohibit the radical “treatment” for gender dysphoria, which involves puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgeries like double mastectomies and genital removal or reconstruction to “become” the opposite sex.

HB 2791 is scheduled to be heard in the House Health and Welfare Committee this Thursday, February 29, and your voice is needed to protect children from the gender ideology obsession that manipulates children and instills confusion and hopelessness in young minds. Using children for medical experiments that have no basis in science must be stopped.

Visit Concerned Women for America’s Protecting Vulnerable Children page for timely resources on this issue.

Take Action:

  1. Contact the members of the Kansas House Health and Welfare Committee listed below my signature and ask them to support
  2. Forward this information to family and friends.

Please Pray:

  1. Pray that Kansas state representatives will not be overcome with timidity and will be emboldened with courage to vote against child mutilation.
  2. Pray for the truth to prevail and lies to be exposed.
  3. Pray for citizens who will be testifying in support of HB2791.

Thank you for your prayer and action.
