In her latest op-ed, Penny Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America, champions this coach’s action to put on hold military promotions over Joe Biden’s attempt to usurp the law and fund travel expenses for military personnel to obtain an abortion. The President has no authority to do this without the approval of Congress.
