We’re just days away from a critical election. Are you ready?
On November 3, our country will elect 435 U.S. House Representatives, 35 U.S. Senators, 6,139 state legislators across 88 state legislative chambers, 36 governors, and thousands of more state and local positions. The stakes are high. With Democratic Socialists staking claims on the ballot, radical abortion measures sweeping the country, and control of both houses of Congress up for grabs, every vote is important in deciding the future of our country.
Here are the most important things to know before heading to the ballot box in Louisiana:
In-Person Early Voting: Ended on Tuesday, October 27
Election Day: November 3, 2026

One of the Ten Ballot Questions as it will appear on the Ballot:
CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT NO. 3
(Act No. 271, 2026 – Regular Session – House Bill 51)
Do you support an amendment to prohibit a defendant from being released on any post-conviction bail if the defendant is convicted of an aggravated offense against a minor child?
(Go here for more information on Amendment 3.)
If you haven’t yet, I encourage you to vote early. You never know what may come up on November 3, and your vote is too important to wait until the last day.
And lastly, please join us in prayer. Pray for your city, our state, this beautiful country with which God blessed us, and those He places in power.
Jeremiah 29:7 reminds us, “Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.”
