HB1387, bill to help ensure fairness in women’s sports, passed out of the House Education Committee and is now being considered by the full House of Delegate. HB 1387 will prohibit biological men from competing on women’s scholastic sports teams. It would ensure that female athletes will continue to be afforded the opportunity to compete on a level playing field.
