The U.S. Supreme Court began its 2011-2012 term last week and this year will be a big one for libertyand Liberty. It is expected that the high court will take up several cases challenging provisions to ObamaCare. One of those cases is being brought by Liberty University. Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel and Dean of Liberty University School of Law, discusses the likelihood of high court review of this case, as well as another recent victory for Liberty Counsel involving natural marriage and family and the misuse of the Full Faith and Credit Clause to attack traditional marriage.
