Concerned Women of America of North Carolina (CWA-NC) will join the Spring 40 Days for Life prayer vigil in Charlotte for prayer on Wednesday, February, 22, 2012. CWA has been a faithful participant in the 40 Days for Life national campaign since it began in 2007.
Five years later the results of responding to the call to pray and fast for an end to abortion are showing! 40 Days for Life is being observed in over 160 cities from coast to coast as well as international locations. People in all of these places are joining together to host the largest and longest coordinated pro-life mobilization in history. To date, nationally over 5000 babies have been reported as “saves”.
The 40 Days for Life spring, February 22 through April 1, 2012 campaign hopes to reduce abortion rates, highlight the sanctity of life as a crucial issue and develop new leaders involved in pro-life efforts.
