Rep. Steve Driehaus, D-Ohio, has charged the Susan B. Anthony List, a pro-life political action committee, with making false statements in their ads over Rep. Driehaus’ vote on Obama Care. Those charges are criminal, could mean six months in jail for SBAList officers, and still worse, silence SBAList and others until the October 28 hearing.
