Join us September 11-13, 2025, in Washington, D.C., for Young Women for America Leadership Training!

This event is a premier opportunity for Christian young women from across the country to gather in our nation’s capital for training, worship, and fellowship.

Tackling today’s most pressing issues, attendees refine their convictions, receive training on valuable leadership principles, deepen their faith, and establish lasting friendships with sisters in Christ who are engaged in the fight for what is good, beautiful, and true.

Attendees leave feeling rejuvenated and prepared to lead the charge in shaping culture and policy in their spheres of influence. We’d love to have you be a part of this impactful event!

This year’s theme, Gaining Ground, is based on Isaiah 54:2. God’s mercy over our nation isn’t an invitation to sit back and relax, but rather to press in and seek the Biblical change for which we have been praying for our country. It is time for us to gain ground. Will you join us on the front lines?

YWA Leadership Training will be held at a hotel just minutes away from the U.S. Capitol building.

Cost: $250

This covers flight, hotel, some meals, and registration fee.

Opportunity to explore Washington, D.C. on your own

Friday, September 12
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast and Worship 
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Sessions with exceptional speakers on topics including:

  • The Policy and Ministry of Pro-Life Work 
  • Biblical Femininity 
  • Standing with Israel 
  • Fighting Sexual Exploitation 
  • “So You Think You Want to Run for Office?” Serving as a Christian Woman in Political Office

12:00 p.m. – Lunch with grassroots leaders 
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hands-on Training in areas including:

  • Testifying
  • Engaging in the legislative process
  • Understanding policy
  • Facilitating debate

3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. More incredible speakers covering:

  • Education
  • Christian Engagement in the Public Square
  • And more!

End the evening with a meal alongside all event attendees and hear from a featured speaker
