YWA Leadership Training is an opportunity for like-minded young women (high school, college, and young professionals) across the country to build friendships and community while diving deep into the cultural issues facing our nation today, learning valuable leadership principles, and growing deeper in faith.

This is not just another conference! This is a hands-on training with opportunities to deepen your knowledge of social conservative issues. We provide tangible ways to get involved in the fight for preserving the Biblical principles on which this nation was founded, and attendees walk away inspired to implement real change and take action. We hope you join us!

Where: Capital Hilton, Washington D.C.
When: September 8-10

Attendees are responsible to pay for and book their flights to and from YWA Leadership Training. YWA will cover the cost of the hotel Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. YWA will also cover the cost of most meals. YWA paying for the hotel is dependent on attendance at the entirety of the event. Failure to withdraw registration before 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, August 22 will result in a $250 fee.

NOTE: In order to apply, you must be at least 16 years old at the time of training and be comfortable traveling to DC on your own.

Testimonials from the 2021 Tampa Leadership Conference

“I left feeling SO inspired and supported! I knew YWA Leadership Training would equip me, but I was in for a treat with the kindness and generosity shown to me and my friends. Keep giving credit to Jesus, and the rest flows naturally from the women who represent CWA and YWA!”

-Emily Cope, YWA Chapter President at Clemson University

“I have been to many different conferences this summer both conservative conferences and Christian conferences. This one was by far the best and the one I learned the most at. I learned so much about combatting election fraud, CRT, sidewalk ministries and I think it was all done in a great way!”

-Haley Evans, YWA Ambassador, Nashville, TN

“This conference was so intimate and unlike anything I had ever experienced. YWA’s intentions were set clear simply by having worship, brainstorming sessions, thoughtful (not just big name) speakers, assigning us seats at lunch for us to connect with girls we maybe hadn’t done quite yet. Thank you for the preparation that went into this!”

-Mackenzie Haddix, Student at Emporia State University
