In loving memory, Rev. Edward Young 1935 – 2020, father of CWA CEO and President, Penny Nance.
A special message from Vice President Mike Pence:
I know how much your dad meant to you, and I’m grateful I had the privilege of visiting with him just last year at Concerned Women for America’s 40th Anniversary Gala. Psalm 34 tells us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted,” and I pray that you, your mom, and your entire family sense God’s comfort and closeness in this difficult time. My deepest condolences once again.
Vice President Mike Pence
“The CWA Board of Trustees would like to encourage our CWA family and friends to give a memorial gift in honor of Penny’s dad. This is a thoughtful way to not only honor Pastor Young’s legacy but also to show our appreciation and love to our CEO, Penny Young Nance. Please consider a gift to CWA today.”
