PRAY for your legislators, both state and national. Pray for wisdom, strength, and courage to stand for what is right, and protection for them and their families.
PRAY for protection and wisdom for CWA staff in Washington, D.C., and the CWA leaders here in Kansas.
PRAY for our churches and our pastors. Pray that they would stand boldly on the Word of God. And pray that they would find effective ways of influencing their communities.
PRAY for wisdom for the President and his advisors. Pray for protection for our service men and women. Pray for the protection of our country.
Lord, protect those who have been willing to sacrifice so much for the freedom of others that they have been willing to lay down their lives for their “friends” in Iraq. Please provide for their families back home while they are away and keep them all in Your perfect peace that passes all understanding. Let the “hidden things” be revealed and help those who are looking for those weapons of mass destruction find them and destroy them so no other tyrant may use them. Protect our country from those within our boundaries who would do us harm. Let this war be an opportunity to spread the gospel to all nations and let there be a revival across this land. Thank You for Your protection and Your provision . . . thank You that You have given us that know You, peace with You, and the perfect peace that keeps us in quietness and strength. Give us strength and resolve for the coming days. In Your Son’s precious and holy name, Jesus Christ, AMEN
