U.S. Court Stops Federal Funding of Embryonic Stem Cell Research

Late last week, U.S. District Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth issued an injunction against the federal government, stopping the use of federal funds for unethical and destructive embryonic stem cell research. The case demonstrates not only the power of federal law over executive order, it also shows how liberal activists are willing to twist the words and meanings in any law in order to advance their own agenda.
