Tough Questions for the Pentagon

As the Pentagon attempts to implement the repeal of the law barring homosexuals from serving openly in the military, it is looking to do so in a way to “mitigate” the adverse consequences of the change. Elaine Donnelly, President of the Center for Military Readiness, says the Pentagon needs to answer several fundamental questions about the transition and its impact on military readiness and the allocation of resources.
