Last week Sen. Heidi Heitkamp had an opportunity to vote YES on a bill that would have defunded Planned Parenthood. She chose to vote NO despite the overwhelming evidence that Planned Parenthood is in the business of selling baby parts across the country. It is hard to face the atrocities occurring in Planned Parenthood facilities and in research institutions throughout our nation. How 53 federal lawmakers ignored facts when they voted not to Defund Planned Parenthood is beyond me! Did they even take the time to view the videos? The vote was 53-46. They could not have possibly viewed the videos and then voted not to defund. A very sad day for our U.S. Senate either way.

- As women committed to the sanctity of life, stand with CEO of Concerned Women for America, Penny Young Nance, and pray for the day clinics will be closed and every clinic worker and post-abortive mother will hear the message of healing and love!
- Call (202 224-2043) or e-mail Sen.Heidi Heitkamp. Tell her you are disappointed she did not vote to defund Planned Parenthood. We need to let her know the fight for the life of the unborn child continues!
