We are pleased to report that on February 16, the U.S. House passed H.J.Res.43, which overturns a December 2016 Obama Administration rule forcing states to provide Title X family planning grants to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood. The legislation now must be passed by the Senate and signed by the President.
