The Examiner‘s Byron York highlights an interesting concept promoted by MSNBC’s Chris Matthews in last night’s Hardball. After playing a clip of Gov. Romney challenging some of President Obama’s assertions during the second presidential debate, Matthews said:

I don’t think [Romney] understands the Constitution of the United States. He’s the president of the United States. You don’t say, “You’ll get your chance.”

So, in fairness, here is everything in the Constitution relating to presidential debate decorum:

You decide. Or maybe it is in that section with abortion and the separation of church and state.
