It seems that suddenly, in unison, the liberal media are complaining about “Republican obstructionism” when it comes to confirmation of President Obama’s judicial nominations. Mario Diaz, CWA’s Policy Director for Legal Issues, says this campaign ignores the history of judicial confirmations through the Bush administration and many other factors like the proper role of judges in our form of government.
