Governor Vetoes School Privacy Bill

Dear CWA Friends,

By now you have probably heard that yesterday Gov. Daugaard vetoed HB1008, the student privacy bill.  I’m sure you are as disappointed as we are.  The governor cited “liability concerns” for his reason for rejecting this good bill.
