ERA – THE CONSTITUTIONAL GATEWAY FOR GENDERLESS EQUALITY IN ILLINOIS

Homosexuals and transgenders are aggressively pushing for genderless equality, and progressive courts and the education system are helping them achieve it. On December 4, Minnesota’s State High School League plans to install an athletic policy granting transgender students the choice to play on either boys’ or girls’ teams. The result would be no accounting for sex differences in high school sports on the field or in locker rooms, or bathrooms.

The impending ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment by the Illinois House of Representatives on December 3 or 4 would open the floodgates for a U.S. Constitutionally protected genderless society.

CWA of Illinois highly recommends the article Minnesota Plans To Eliminate Gender Distinctions For High School Sports on thefederalist.com.

TAKE ACTION:

  • Contact the members of the Illinois House Judiciary Committee and urge them to end the ERA once and for all.
  • Contact your State Representative. Urge him/her to vote NO on HJRCA7 if it is called for a vote. If you don’t know who your state representative is, click here; put in your zip code, scan down to State Representative, and click on their Website where you will find contact information.

PRAY that those pushing this amendment would be thwarted.
