As you know Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) of North Dakota is passionate about defending the unborn. So much so that we are playing a key role as coalition members and leaders in ND Choose Life and their efforts to pass the Human Life Amendment, Measure 1.

The Human Life Amendment is a proposed amendment to North Dakota’s state constitution. Passed by a bi-partisan majority of the Legislature, the amendment provides that, “The inalienable right to life of every human being at any stage of development must be recognized and protected.” The proposed amendment will appear on the ballot in November as Measure 1 and if approved by a majority of voters will become part of the state constitution.
