Greetings CWA friends,
As the newly appointed State Director for CWA of Louisiana, I would like to invite you to join us at the State Capitol Wednesday, May 13, 2015, for our annual Encourage-A-Legislator (EAL) Appreciation Day.
Our EAL program has flourished under our Program Coordinator, Debbie Hoehl. Her love for God, our state and nation is evident by her continued service leading the EAL volunteers and encouraging our legislators. Her spirit of excellence and commitment is valued and appreciated.
Since 2007 Debbie has coordinated our visit to the Capitol. This year we will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the State Capitol in Baton Rouge.
It will be an exciting day gathering with other prayer volunteers and CWA members to bring the legislators a little gift (Louisiana praline) as a token of our appreciation for their service to our great state, to meet some of our legislators and have a time of prayer together in the Capitol Chapel.
Your prayers and voice make a difference and can influence our leaders when spoken in love. God uses your encouragement to turn hearts! I hope you can join us at the Capitol and bless our legislators.
