This year’s theme: Lord, Hear Our Cry! “Hear the cry and the prayer that Your servant is praying in Your presence this day.” I Kings 8:28

CWA of Illinois supports the National Day of Prayer.

The 64rd annual National Day of Prayer (NPA) is Thursday, May 7, 2015 – a day set aside by Congress for Americans to gather together to seek God’s guidance, protection, and blessing upon our nation.

Prayer is crucial to the future of America! When we earnestly seek God in prayer for America, we can actually change the direction our nation will take.

CWA of Illinois is an active participant of the NDP. Prayer/Action Chapters throughout the state have led NDP services in their communities for years.

Go to nationaldayofprayer.com to find out how you can participate.

May God bless America!

Take Action:

  1. Encourage your pastor and congregation to participate in National Day of Prayer.
  2. Host a National Day of Prayer event in your community.
  3. Invite your family and friends to attend the National Day of Prayer events in your area.
