Open Position: National Field Director

CWA is seeking a National Field Director in our Washington, D.C. office.  The purpose of this position is to develop the growth and effectiveness of CWA in the states and Young Women for America (YWA) on college campuses.  The National Field Director reports to the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer/President.  The person in this position supervises the Field Department staff, the YWA staff and the State and Area CWA Directors, their steering committees, and the network of Prayer/Action Chapters and Home Team Captains around the country.

We are seeking someone with a positive attitude toward the purposes, goals, and policies of CWA, the ability and desire to encourage, motivate, and train others, an understanding of individual differences and human behavior, organizational qualities, attention to detail and a strong ability to write and edit.  The basic responsibilities of this position are promoting CWA and YWA field growth and effectiveness, monitoring field activities for CWA and YWA, and developing and training competent leadership in the states for CWA and YWA.
